Service Overview
Fundtrack Solutions extends its fund stewardship expertise into the funding process itself. This service pairs hands-on grant proposal development with a curated hub of regional grantors, giving nonprofits both the tools to apply and the connections to know where to apply.

Who Would Benefit
Nonprofits, churches, and ministries that have a real program need and mission alignment for grant funding, but lack the in-house time, staff, or expertise to find, apply for, and manage grants systematically.
